25 Apr evolution of… Dance in America

Roswell Dance Theatre’s Modern Company presented a phenomenal weekend of performers in the Tolbert Yilmaz School of Dance black box theater at their annual spring concert. This year’s show, Evolution of… Dance in America represented a shift in the Modern Company to a renewed RDT company with a revised mission.

Evolution of… Dance in America provides dancers and audience members insight into the roots of modern dance. The show explored dance from the beginning of time through to the 21st century in an exploration of how movement evolved over time.

With a varied lineup of choreographers that included guest professionals and students, the show entertained and delighted all audiences.
