UNDERSTANDING YOUR COMPANY PLACEMENT

The RDT Ballet Company roster is organized by levels: Preparatory Dance Program (PDP), Apprentice, and Levels 1-14. Dance classes often include multiple levels. All company dancers are placed in levels as of the May audition and will be re-evaluated when they return in August – adjustments to placement may be made at that time.

The RDT Movement Collective rosters are organized into levels: Premiere, Ensemble, Swing, Principal and Elite.

The RDT PreProfessional Company roster only includes the names of the dancers invited to PrePro, in alphabetical order. PrePro dancers will be re-evaluated in August and placed in the appropriate levels before the beginning of the regular dance season begins.

2024-25 MEMBERSHIP DUES PAYMENT INFO

• Members will pay their membership dues at the time they submit their completed contract. The payment will run through JotForm, not JackRabbit.
• Dues for Ballet Company are $300 for the season and include company membership and Nutcracker participation.
• Dues for Movement Collective are $300 and include company membership, the MoCo Spring show and CDI on Location participation.
• There is not a combined dues amount for Ballet and MoCo.
• Dues for PrePro are $225 and will be billed in August, after placement. Dues for PrePro include company membership and the Spring show fee.

PLEASE NOTE: There was a misprint in the Studio Manual – Monthly tuition for PDP only is $250. Monthly tuition for Apprentice, Levels 1-14 and MoCo Only is $310. Add $190 for a second company.

Each dancer will receive a Welcome Packet with 2024-25 company member details and Dancers’ Circle info via U.S. mail.

To accept your company position(s), please respond according to the schedule below:

June 15, 2024:  Company Contracts and Membership Fees Due
June 16 – July 1:  Company Contracts and Membership Fees still accepted – late fee of $100 will be assessed.

***If the Company Contracts and Membership Fees are not received by July 1, 2024, the offer to participate in any company may be revoked including participation in The Nutcracker.***
