Leah Redner

Leah Sabiston Redner began ballet classes at age 3 in Raleigh, N.C. After moving to Atlanta she continued to study ballet where she flourished under the instruction of Iris Hensley, founder of the Georgia Ballet. Leah also studied under Robert Barnett, Anne Burton-Avery, Leon Fokine, and Terrell Paulk. She has taken Master classes from David Howard and Gus Giordano and numerous other notable teachers while attending SERBA Festivals. Leah has performed with the Roswell Dance Theatre and Cobb Marietta Ballet in various roles in Cinderella, Coppelia, Piquita, Giselle, and The Nutcracker. Leah is honored to be on the faculty of the Tolbert Yilmaz School of Dance for the last twenty-one years. She also has a BBA from Kennesaw State University. Leah is grateful for the support of her husband Ron and children, Ryan and Regan.
