Due to take the stage at City Springs' Byers Theatre the day after Thanksgiving, this year's production is underway! The RDT Company dancers began rehearsing their lead and corps roles in August. The cast now also includes all the younger open school dancers from TYSOD who bring extra joy and magic to the stage with their performances.

Each year the PrePro Company casts a wonderful production that includes all its own members, plus RDT Ballet Company members, TYSOD open school dancers, and guest performers. With magical sets, glittering costumes, and stellar dancing, Cinderella promises the beautiful dancing, fun and entertainment audience patrons have come to expect from the well-trained cast.

Elegantly costumed and staged, the show was enjoyed by 10,000 patrons at ten shows over two weekends at the beautiful Byers Theatre at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center.

As we open the studio for the new season of classes, we are so excited for the annual Hugs From Young Choreographers showcase and fundraiser. Top-level dancers from the Roswell Dance Theatre have been working all summer creating original works for this very special event, which will be held on Sept. 9 at 7pm and Sept. 10 at 1pm and 4pm. we look forward to welcoming audiences at all shows to enjoy amazing dances, a chance to reconnect with other RDT dance families, and a good time at the reception.

This year's show Mary Poppins was a fantastical lesson in manners and magic for audience members from beginning to end as they a London home, beautifully landscaped park with wildlife, an amazing bakery, and the rooftops of London...all on stage at the Byers Theatre in Sandy Springs. With magical sets, glittering costumes, and stellar dancing, Mary Poppins was visually thrilling for all our audience patrons.
